Description of services
Online booking platform that connects vehicle owners with independent service centres for inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. MainBay is a booking agent only and does not perform the work.
Pricing & fees
Booking/assessment fees are displayed at checkout. Any further work/parts are quoted and invoiced by the service centre. Taxes are shown where applicable.
Payment methods
Card/instant EFT and other methods offered at checkout for the booking/assessment fee. Payments for work/parts are made directly to the service centre.
Delivery/performance
You select a date/time for your booking; performance occurs at the service centre.

Records
We store order/booking records electronically. Copies are available on request (subject to identity verification and lawful grounds). See our PAIA Manual and Privacy Policy.

Cooling-off
Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act cooling-off right applies, you may cancel within seven days of receipt. Note: where you book a specific date/time or request performance to begin during that period, the cooling-off right may not apply.
